Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, dashboards, downloads, and related services operated by CRM Development (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You use the Services and any Content entirely at your own risk. CRM Development does not accept responsibility for any outcome of your choice to purchase, download, install, configure, or run FiveM servers, maps (including NYC-style or other city maps), custom scripts, custom UI, website projects, or related tooling. Every technical, commercial, and legal decision remains yours alone.

Nothing on the site, in Discord, or in support messages is professional, legal, financial, or compliance advice. CRM Development shall not be liable for any loss, claim, dispute, downtime, data loss, enforcement action, or damage arising from or related to your use or misuse of the Services, Content, third-party platforms (including FiveM / Cfx.re), or your server community.

These Terms are written to protect CRM Development, its operators, contributors, and brand. If you do not accept broad limitations of liability and the no-refunds policy below, you must not use the Services or make a purchase.

All payments, donations, and purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or charge reversals under any circumstance (including dissatisfaction, inability to run Content on your stack, role or access changes, Discord account loss, hardware or hosting issues, anticheat or platform policy changes, or voluntary departure). This applies to digital goods, services, and access licenses offered through our shop, dashboard, or any linked checkout.

If a payment processor allows a dispute or chargeback, we may contest it and may suspend or terminate access associated with that transaction. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal does not cancel these Terms or create a refund obligation.

You are responsible for verifying compatibility (framework, artifacts, OneSync, artifacts versions, custom scripts, custom UI, and hosting) before buying. Lack of compatibility is not grounds for a refund.

Stripe (card) — instant. When you pay by card through our automated Stripe checkout, your order is processed and delivered automatically and immediately: your purchase is confirmed, your customer role(s) are granted, and your delivery details are sent to your Discord DMs right away.

PayPal or Revolut — a ticket is always required. If you pay with PayPal or Revolut, payment is not processed automatically. In every case you must open a support ticket, state that you have completed the payment, and provide proof of payment (for example a transaction screenshot). Access and delivery are only granted after our team verifies that proof.

You are responsible for sending accurate proof and for any delay caused by missing or unverifiable payment information. Prices are shown in the shop and charged in the currency indicated at checkout.

We provide basic, informational support at no extra cost — general questions and guidance about your purchase.

Installation, rebranding, configuration, and any other development or customisation work are not included and are only available for an additional fee. To arrange paid work, open a support ticket or contact PiTyUs on Discord (DM). Such work is quoted and agreed separately before it begins.

• “You” means the individual using the Services.
• “Content” means files, maps, tooling, documentation, and other materials made available through the Services.
• “Discord” means the third-party platform used for authentication and, where applicable, role evaluation.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Access to certain features requires signing in through Discord OAuth, handled by our API. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity conducted through your session.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages (including Discord) may affect access.

After you sign in with Discord, files and resources you are permitted to use are shown on your Dashboard, based on your Discord server rolesand entitlements configured by administrators. If you do not see any files, your roles may not yet grant access—contact your server's administrators for assistance.

Download links are short-lived (often on the order of minutes) for security. You may generate a new link from the Dashboard whenever you need one. Do not share download URLs in public channels; misuse may result in revocation of access.

Downloads use unique, time-limited URLs where applicable, reducing the risk of long-lived shared links and helping keep access aligned with your current permissions.

Role-based access means the system evaluates your Discord roles and only exposes file groups you are entitled to. If your roles change, refresh the Dashboard or sign in again to sync.

We encourage you to:

• Use a strong, unique password on your Discord account.
• Never post download URLs in public channels.
• Report suspicious messages to your server moderators.

We only collect the minimum information needed to operate the Services. Through the website and through Discord sign-in we may receive your Discord username, ID, avatar, email, locale, server roles and connections, and — when you buy — payment details handled by our payment processor.

We do not sell, rent, share, publish, or otherwise exploit this information. It is used solely for what is necessary to process your Stripe payment and to keep your account and purchases secure — verifying entitlements, granting the correct roles, preventing fraud and abuse, and providing support.

Consent and data transfer. By signing in you consent to the collection and transfer of this data to the third-party services required to run the Services (such as Discord and our payment processor). This consent is given at the moment of login, cannot be revoked retroactively, and is provided at your own responsibility.

If you need more information about the data we process, or you wish to raise a complaint, please open a support ticket and our team will assist you.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Scrape, probe, or overload the Services in a way that could impair stability or security.
• Use Content in violation of applicable law, third-party licenses, or FiveM / Cfx.re policies.
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly leak Content except as expressly permitted.

The Services, branding, and original materials are owned by CRM Development or its licensors. Content made available to you remains subject to any separate license or terms provided with that Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.

The Services may integrate with or depend on third parties (e.g. Discord, payment processors, hosting). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. FiveM and related platforms are independent; we are not responsible for their operation or policies.

THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRM DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO FIVEM DEVELOPMENT ARTIFACTS, CUSTOM SCRIPTS, CUSTOM UI, WEBSITE-RELATED DELIVERABLES, MAPS (INCLUDING NYC-STYLE OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTS), AND ANY OTHER MATERIALS.

We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free downloads, compatibility with your host, framework, or mods, or that Content will meet your performance, player count, or monetization goals. You acknowledge that FiveM / Cfx.re and other ecosystems change frequently and that updates may be required at your own effort and cost.

Scope reference (informational): FiveM development, custom Lua resources, custom UI (NUI), NYC and similar map packs, ESX/QBCore ecosystems, cheap FiveM server bundles, and related website or tooling discussions may appear on the site or in support channels—without altering the disclaimers above.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRM DEVELOPMENT OR ITS TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR CONTENT—EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CRM DEVELOPMENT FOR THE SPECIFIC ITEM GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE YOU FIRST ASSERT THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED (100) USD IF YOU PAID NOTHING FOR THAT ITEM.

You release CRM Development from claims arising from disputes between you and your players, hosting provider, payment processor, or any third party.

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our cookie notice when you first visit. Essential cookies support login and security; additional categories may apply as described in that notice and in our policies.

The Daily Reward Wheel (the “Wheel”) is an optional, free promotional feature available to authenticated users on the dashboard. By using the Wheel you accept this clause in addition to the rest of these Terms.

How it works. Each account may spin the Wheel once every 24 hours. Possible outcomes are a discount of up to 25% applicable to any package, a single free-package jackpot, or no prize. A “no win” result is the most common and expected outcome — there is no guarantee of winning on any spin.

Outcomes are server-decided and final. Every result is generated and validated on our server using fixed, server-side probabilities; the on-screen animation only reveals an outcome that has already been determined. We may adjust the prizes, probabilities, or mechanics at any time without notice.

Winning codes. A win issues a unique coupon code that is valid for 24 hours from the moment it is issued. Codes are single-use, non-transferable, limited to one active reward per account, hold no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers, sales, or promotions. Coupon codes are redeemable only by entering them during a paid Stripe checkout and are valid solely on a completed paid order before the code expires; they cannot be redeemed in any other way, and unused or expired codes are forfeited. The no-refunds policy applies to all rewards.

Fraud, abuse, and immediate enforcement. Management may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately void rewards, revoke or invalidate codes, suspend dashboard access, and permanently ban an account or user for any cheating or attempted cheating in connection with the Wheel. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: using bots, scripts, macros, or automation; exploiting bugs, timing, caching, or network manipulation; tampering with, replaying, or forging requests, responses, sessions, cookies, or coupon codes; creating, using, or coordinating multiple, duplicate, shared, or fake accounts to obtain extra spins; sharing, selling, trading, or publishing codes; impersonation; or any attempt to bypass the once-per-24-hours limit or otherwise gain an unfair advantage. Enforcement decisions are final, may be applied retroactively to past rewards, and do not entitle the affected user to any refund, replacement, or compensation.

No entitlement; modification or termination. The Wheel is a discretionary promotion, not a paid product or a right. We may modify, pause, suspend, or permanently discontinue it, in whole or in part, for any user or for everyone, at any time and without notice or liability.
